Diagnosed with IDC, stage 1, 11/1/18. Discovered CHEK2 mutation. Bilateral mastectomy with DIEP flap reconstruction 1/25/2019. Found to be triple positive and began chemo. Finished chemo 7/22/19. Still getting Herceptin infusions til April 2020. Awaiting at least 2 more surgeries to complete reconstruction.

Happily married, mother of 3 and grandmother of 2 (so far😉).
