How can I track my order?
There are four easy ways to track your order.
- We sent out a tracking link to your e-mail address as soon as your order has shipped. Locate the e-mail and click on the tracking link. If you cannot find the e-mail, it likely ended up in your junk folder.
- Track an order is via your Account Dashboard. If you cannot login to your account dashboard, submit a password reset request.
- Click on the Customer Service icon in the bottom right corner of your screen (this icon is available on all shop pages). If you are logged in, find the correct order and then click on ‘Track’. If you are not logged in, either log in first, or just enter your e-mail address and click ‘Help with Order’. You will receive a temporary code which you can use to access all of your order information, including your tracking link.
- If you are unable to use the three methods above, you can also use our simple Order Tracking page by using your e-mail address and order number (supplied in your order confirmation e-mail).
