What is the order cutoff time so that my order ships today?

Getting your order out the door as quickly as possible is always one of our priorities. Our four warehouse locations are strategically placed across all timezones – not just so that you can get your order as fast as possible, but also so that enough opportunity exists for our customers to place orders that will be processed the very same day.

What to expect

Orders placed before 12pm in your timezone (except orders placed in Alaska and Hawaii) are fulfilled the same day and will ship out by the end of that day. This means that tracking information will generally be emailed to you on the same day your order is placed.

Exceptions

In rare cases, when inventory is only available at some of our warehouse locations, an order placed before 12pm in your time zone cannot be fulfilled until the next day. For example, an order placed in California at 10:30am for a product that is currently only available in our Texas warehouse would not be processed until the following day as it would have exceed the 12pm cutoff time in Texas. We work hard to keep all of our warehouses stocked as much as possible, so these scenarios are extremely rare.

During peak holidays or when order volumes are significantly higher than usual, orders placed right around your local cutoff time may not get fulfilled until the next day. If your order is urgent, we highly recommend not to wait until the 12pm cutoff time. If you cannot place your order earlier, please factor in that order processing may take an extra day.
