The Pink Lotus Power Up website is free to use for anyone. However, if you signed up for and purchased tickets for one of our Cancer-Kicking! events and need to get in touch with us, please review the information below:
- Any ticket purchases you made on our website can be reviewed on your Member Account page. In order to access your account page, you must have a registered user account on our website with the e-mail address you used to purchase your tickets. If you do not have a user account, you can create one for free on our member signup page.
- If you are looking for ticket cancellation, transfer or refund information for the event you signed up for, please refer to the Event Rules for your specific event. Event Rules for the Cancer-Kicking! Summit can be found here, while Event Rules for Cancer-Kicking! Tuesdays can be found here. For Cancer-Kicking! Summit registrations, please contact us at the e-mail address provided in the Event Rules for any cancellations or other questions. For Cancer-Kicking! Tuesdays registrations, please use our Registration Modification form to submit your request.
- Requests sent to us regarding event ticket purchases are generally answered within 1-2 business days.
- If you cannot contact us online for whatever reason, you can send your request to us via regular mail at Pink Lotus Power Up, LLC, 3110 Main Street, The Annex, Santa Monica, CA 90405. Please note that contacting us by regular postal mail may significantly increase our response time.
