I was diagnosed January of 2018 with Left Ductal Carcinoma in SITU had 2 biopsies and a lumpectomy surgery and then 20 treatments of radiation and currently still cancer free. I also did the genetic testing and found out I carry a mutation in my ATM gene. As my Mom passed away from lung cancer, my uncle, my moms brother from pancreatic cancer, my grandmother, my moms mom from cancer, my aunt, my moms sister, only living sibling, diagnosed with breast cancer at 49 had double masectomy and is now in her 70's and still cancer free. I am a full time Office Assistant, Scentsy Slingin' Boss, a proud Wife, Mother of 2 beautiful daughters and Nana to 3 awesome grandsons, and a child of God with a Positive attitude!! I praise and Thank God every day for my all Blessings. My motto is Life Is Too Short!! How true this really is. Going though my journey with Cancer has really opened my eyes to what matters and what doesn't.
