My name is Sarah Clark and I live in Northern California. I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Grade 3 HR/PR+ HER2- breast cancer in March 2018. I discovered a lump in October 2017 and was told it was nothing serious by my doctor. I didn't worry about it and a few months later went to another doctor who also told me it was likely benign. Thankfully that doctor encouraged me to get an ultrasound and it was during that appointment that it was discovered it was cancer. I had a lumpectomy, 8 rounds of chemo, 20 rads and an oophorectomy in 2018.
I am a huge believer in integrative medicine and healthy living. I am aware of what we put on and in our bodies and the impacts those can have on our health. I'm on an ongoing journey to share healthy living with others and continue to learn about how to best live a healthy life!
