The fastest way to find an answer without waiting for a reply from customer service is to search our Help Center. In the vast majority of cases, your question can be found there.

Chat Support

Every web page in our store features a pink chat icon in the bottom right corner. After clicking this icon, and depending on the time of day, you can either chat directly with a member of our team or leave a message for us. You can also look up order information (please make sure you are logged in) and find helpful answers to common questions, right from within the chat interface. We aim to return messages within a few hours. However, reply times can be longer for messages left after hours, over the weekend, or during national holidays.

Pink Lotus Elements is a 100% e-commerce based store. All orders are processed online and all customer service inquiries are handled via our chat support system. To submit an inquiry, follow the steps outlined on this page. We do not provide phone support.

How fast do you respond to customer service inquiries?

Response times can be as fast as a few minutes or as long as a few hours depending on the time of day and support team available. We generally aim to respond to your inquiry within a few hours. Inquiries received after hours, during the weekend, or during busy times (holidays, big sales, etc) will take longer to process.

Can I send attachments with my inquiry?

Yes, you can send us attachments via our chat support system.
