The fastest way to find an answer without waiting on customer service is to search our Help Center. In the vast majority of cases, your question can be found there. Search hundreds of articles about topics from customers just like you, which we have carefully assembled over the years.
Every web page in our store features a chat icon in the bottom right corner. After clicking this icon, you can leave messages for our customer service team, which will then be returned via chat or e-mail as soon as possible. We will soon add the ability to contact us by text message as well and will announce when this feature is available.
You can e-mail us any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our chat bot has the ability to look up order information and other customer details, so we do encourage customers to use our chat system instead of e-mailing us directly.
