We want to get your order to you as quickly as we can!
- Orders placed before 12pm local time ship out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm ship the next business day. After an order has shipped, you can check your tracking information immediately in your Account dashboard.
- Pink Lotus Elements ships from 5 warehouse locations in California, Texas, Illinois and New York. Our standard shipping method is 2-5 Days. However, your order may arrive faster depending on your proximity to one of our warehouses. Approximately 10% of our orders arrive next day, 30% by the 2nd day, and 40% by the 3rd day. After an order is placed, we determine which warehouse will fulfill your order so that it will arrive as quickly as possible. In certain cases, an order may take longer than 5 days to arrive, however, this happens to only a small percentage of orders.
- During peak holiday seasons (e.g: Mother’s Day & Christmas) shipping can sometimes take a few additional days. Orders of unusually large quantities may also require an additional day before shipping.
- At this time, we do not accept international orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Pink Lotus Elements stands behind the quality of everything we sell. If you’re not satisfied with products you purchased from Pink Lotus Elements, you can return your item(s) as follows:
- Clothing and Apparel purchased in our store can be returned online within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unused and unwashed. You must have your e-mail receipt or packing slip to complete your return. To process a return for a full refund, please contact Customer Services as outlined below.
- Certain products sold by Pink Lotus Elements are considered final. These products include nutraceuticals, personal care products, health tests, etc. Sales of these products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations. In the unlikely event that you received a damaged item that falls within these categories, please contact Customer Service and we will gladly exchange your damaged item for a new one.
- To process a return or exchange, please contact Customer Service via the LiveChat option, which can be found in the top bar on our website. Please have your order number and username handy before contacting us for a return. Customer Service will provide you with a shipping label and packing slip for your return. Please keep the tracking number for your records. Drop your return into any US Postal Service box, including your home mailbox.
