Shipping

We want to get your order to you as quickly as we can!

  • We ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Austria and Denmark.
  • Orders placed before 12pm Pacific, Central and Eastern time ship out the same day.
  • International orders and orders placed after 12pm local time ship out the next business day.
  • Domestic orders ship for a flat fee of $5.80 from our 5 warehouse locations and generally arrive within 2-5 days.
  • If you are located near one of our 5 warehouses, your order will likely arrive the next day.
  • All domestic orders over $100 ship free (international orders ship free over $250).
  • After an order is placed, we determine which warehouse will fulfill your order so that it will arrive as quickly as possible.
  • During peak holiday seasons, shipping can sometimes take additional days.
  • Orders of unusually large quantities may require an additional day before shipping.
  • After an order has shipped, you can check your tracking information immediately in your Account dashboard.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Pink Lotus Elements sells a wide variety of women’s health specialty products. Please review our policy below to know what to expect in case you need to return or exchange an item.

Domestic Orders (United States)

  • Clothing and Apparel purchased in our store can be returned online within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unused and unwashed. You must have your e-mail receipt or packing slip to complete your return. To process a return or exchange, please contact Customer Service with your order number
  • Many products sold by Pink Lotus Elements are considered final. All sales for nutraceuticals (supplements), personal care products, health tests and books are final and not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations. Furthermore, the Billow Pillow, Billow Heart Pillow and Billow Roll Pillow are considered hand-made bedding products. Due to regulations complicating the resale of used bedding products, all Billow product sales are final.
  • In the unlikely event that you received a damaged item that falls within the above categories, please contact Customer Service and we will gladly exchange your damaged item for a new one. When contacting us about a damaged item, please include a photograph of the product with your request for our records.

International Orders

  • All international orders shipped outside of the United Sates are considered final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations except as specifically provided by VAT regulations.
