Refer a Friend

Not everyone has the time to run and promote an effective affiliate program. For those customers, our Elements Life Refer A Friend program is a great way to earn 40% Off coupons for every friend they refer to our store that ends up making a purchase. There is no limit to how many friends you can refer, and each new referral will add another 40% Off coupon to your account.

To get started, head over to the Refer a Friend section of your My Account page to find your unique customer referral link and tools to share your link via social media and e-mail.

Log in to your account dashboard and click on ‘Refer a Friend’. Each customer has a unique referral URL that can easily be shared with other friends via a website, social media, e-mail, etc. When your friend clicks on your referral URL, our system will detect your customer number and issue your 40% Off coupon to your account once your friend has completed a purchase in our store.

There is no limit to how often you share your referral URL or how many friends you refer.

In order to get credit for a referral, your friend will have to complete a purchase in our store within 14 days after first clicking your referral link. We use a tracking cookie to make sure our website recognizes your friend when he or she makes a purchase. However, this cookie expires after 2 weeks, after which our site will no longer recognize your friend as a referral.

Coupons earned from the Elements Life Refer A Friend program expire 365 days after issuance. Coupons are issued on the day that your referred friend has successfully completed his or her first purchase in our store. You can accumulate your coupons over any period of time and use them whenever convenient on future orders prior to their expiration date.

No, each 40% Off coupon earned from the Refer a Friend program must be used individually and cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or coupons.

Yes, each purchase you complete with your 40% Off coupon will still earn you Elements Life Reward Points on the total net amount (excluding taxes, shipping and other additions) of your purchase. Reward points are instantly added to your account after checkout and can be used for additional discounts on future purchases.
