On any given day, shipping carriers pick up hundreds of packages from our warehouse locations. Depending on the amount of orders being picked up, and further depending on the amount of packages being processed at the shipping carrier’s local distribution center, some packages end up not getting scanned immediately, which leads to delayed tracking information being available.

Therefore, even if your order was placed a few days ago, having tracking show as Pre Shipment does not mean that your order has not left our warehouse. In rare cases, tracking information may not get updated until after an order was successfully delivered, but in most cases where an order did not get scanned, the information will be updated within a few days after your order has shipped.

What if your tracking info hasn’t updated in 7 days or longer and your package has not arrived? In such exceptions, please reach out to Customer Service and we will investigate this issue further.
