My order status shows as Completed but I have not received my shipment
Our system updates several times each minute to always bring you the latest order status. In most cases, this will either show as Processing, Completed or Failed.
When an order is marked as Completed, this means that we have processed the order, labeled your package and handed it to the shipping carrier – in other words, the fulfillment part of the order is now complete. Having your order marked as Completed does not mean that your package has arrived. To find out when your package will arrive, please log into your Account Dashboard to track your package. You can also track your package via other methods which is described in this Help Center article.
If you would like to get notified when your package has been delivered, that can be done as well. All shipping carriers used by our warehouses allow you to subscribe to delivery notifications. Just provide your e-mail address on the shipping carrier’s tracking page for your order, and you are set.
