Upper limb morbidity causes significant impairment for breast cancer survivors. It’s so much worse for women who don’t have access to regular medical check ups. We’ve developed an app that will provide women with check-up questionnaires at regular intervals. Receiving a heads-up that they should visit a health care provider can be enough to save the function of someone’s arm. It’s not everyday that we can make these meaningful interventions. Help us to roll out the app to under privileged women. We developed the app for a research project at UCT, Africa’s top rated university, but we need to modify it for use beyond research.
