Ingredients
1 ripe frozen banana
1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
1 tsp maca
1 cup unsweetened plant milk
1/2 inch peeled ginger nib
1/2 cup ice
1 tbsp flax
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 sprinkle black pepper (to aid turmeric absorption)

Instructions
- Put everything in a blender and blend until the flax seeds and cacao are liquid. Enjoy!
