Pesto make so many things go from blah to bling! Pesto pasta is an obvious choice, but you can serve it warm or cold using anything from angel hair, to fusilli to gnocchi. Use it as a spread on grilled vegetable sandwiches, thin it out by blending some extra water in and drizzle it over salad. Endless possibilities!

This creation debuted on our Cook Live Episode 13 and the theme was Fast Meals, so naturally I needed a fast mocktail to go with the flow. I’m not sure if this is the “Original Gangster” Mocktail, but it is made with orange and grapefruit juices and takes about 40 seconds to get it in hand in time to say “Cheers!”
