A perfect match for our Kung Pow Wow Tofu recipe, our Shanghai Mai Tai mocktail may be alcohol-free but it hits the spot just like the real deal. We prepared this drink during Episode 9 of Cook Live with Chrissy & Dr. Kristi, and it was a big hit.

Cook Mode

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop ice

  • 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda

  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1 tbsp pomegrante juice

  • 2 tsp monk fruit sweetener

  • 2 candied cherries

  • 1 orange slice (garnish)

  • 2 lime wedges (garnish)

Instructions

  • Fill a glass halfway with ice. Add the lemon/lime soda, pineapple juice, orange juice, pomegranate and monkfruit. Top with an orange slice, lime wedge and a toothpick skewered with the cherries.
