Ingredients
4 fresh mint leaves
juice from 1/2 a lime
1/4 cup crushed ice
2 oz 100% cranberry juice
5 oz ginger beer
2 oz cranberry soda water
- Garnish
12 ish frozen cranberries
1 spring fresh rosemary or mint
Instructions
- Add fresh mint leaves and lime juice to a cocktail shaker and muddle until the mint is aromatic. Add crushed ice and cranberry juice, place lid and shake. After shaking, pour in ginger beer and stir.
- Strain into a glass and top off with soda water. Garnish with frozen cranberries and fresh rosemary or mint.
