Ingredients
1-3 cups baby spinach
1 cup almond milk
1-4 fresh mint leaves, stemmed
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 frozen banana
1-2 tbsp old-fashioned oats
1-3 ice cubs
- Optional
1 small squeezed lime juice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the spinach, milk, 1 or 2 mint leaves, mango, banana, and oats
with ice. - Blend until smooth, adding additional milk or water as needed for desired
consistency. - Add additional mint to taste, plus lime juice to taste, if using. Serve
immediately. - For a sweeter smoothie, add mango juice or sweetener to taste.
