minutesI love my Sparking Blueberry Spritzer and it’s my latest addition of Covid-19 mocktails. Limiting your alcohol consumption is always a smart idea, but especially right now. Not sure about the connection between alcohol and breast health? Read my blog post for all the details about why it matters during Covid (and after). And whenever you opt for the real deal instead, be sure to supplement with Cosmo Companion to get your bioactive methylfolate and other detoxifying properties to counteract the negative health effects.
Now, about my Sparkling Blueberry Spritzer. It’s tasty and refreshing and if you have ever made my now officially world-famous Antioxidant Smoothie, you already know just how good blueberries are for your health!
