Replace that unhealthy vegan eggnog with a delicious creamy healthy version this year and forevermore! The real deal eggnog uses heavy cream, milk, and egg yolks. Other vegan versions get that rich and creamy flavor from coconut milk, coconut cream, and nuts, frequently cashews. Those ingredients will have you guzzling down 481 kcal and 32g of fat per cup (23 g saturated fat – yikes)! Our much healthier Vegan Eggnog boasts only 130 calories, just 0.5g of saturated fat – and 13g of protein!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plant milk (soy, oat, almond, flax, etc.)

  • 1/2 cup organic silken tofu

  • 2 tbsp granular stevia or sweetener of choice

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • Pinch cloves

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend it till smooth, about 30 seconds. Drink, cold or heat in the microwave or saucepan. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and or nutmeg and serve. We love it cold, but you do you !
