Our Frothy Iced Matcha Latte is easy to prepare and ready in 2 minutes. The antioxidant power of green tea is undisputed, but the Ancient Matcha in this recipe includes the entire tea leaf, and is healthier than other green teas. One study found that matcha contains up to 137 times more antioxidants than a low-grade variety of green tea and up to 3 times more antioxidants than other high-quality teas.[1] We make our Frothy Iced Matcha Latte with pure Ancient Matcha green tea powder sourced directly from Japan; one of the only culinary-grade matcha powders that is also non-GMO, Gluten free, vegan, Kosher and certified organic by both the USDA and JAS in Japan. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 of chilled plant based milk (we prefer soy)

  • 2 tsp 2 of Ancient Matcha green tea powder

  • 2 tsp 2 of maple syrup or agave syrup

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend for 30 seconds or until your matcha latte appears nice and frothy.
  • Pour your latte into a mug or glass.
  • Add two ice cubes, sip and enjoy!
